Welcome to Earth Science with Ms. Morris at Joel P. Jensen Middle School!
Our goal is to develop scientific skills while learning the basics of Earth Science. We will focus on learning the basics of five primary topics: Astronomy & Earth History, Geology, Meteorology, Hydrology, Earth Science and Society. The first four topics will be studied through four units throughout the year while Earth Science and Society will be studied throughout the other units. Assessments are based on the objectives found in the Utah Core Standards for Earth Science. Hopefully it will be a fun adventure as we explore many exciting Earth Science topics!
